You can delete your Freezeframe account and all associated data directly from the app, or contact us below if you no longer have access.
Open Freezeframe and go to your Profile tab.
Tap the Settings icon in the top-right corner.
Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
Confirm in the dialog. Your account will be logged out immediately.
What gets deleted: your profile, posts, photos, videos, messages, and all personal data. Deletion is permanent and completed within 30 days. You can cancel by logging back in before the 30-day window closes.
If you no longer have access to your account, email us with your registered phone number and we'll process the deletion request manually within 7 business days.
